The space

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all the necessary utensils, cookware, and glassware to prepare simple meals and snacks. Fuel up for your day on the island stools with a coffee or a light meal.The living area is designed for relaxation and comfort. Sink into the cozy leather sofa for two and catch up on your favorite shows on the TV. Natural light streams, filling the space with a cheerful ambiance.
The bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin-size fold-out bed, providing ample sleeping space for up to three guests. A spacious closet offers ample storage for your belongings, and an ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience. The remodeled bathroom features a spacious shower with modern fixtures and a hairdryer.

Cancellation: Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 7 day before check-in.

Please remember the following rules:
Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD 50 per accommodation. Please report if you bring a pet. $250 penalty if not reported.
Don’t throw toilet papers or wipes down the toilet. $250 charge for plumber service.
There is no "late checkout" service. After 11:00 am it'll be charged 50 USD. The client authorizes to remove his belongings in case he has left them in the property after 11am on the day of his departure. You also agree to pay and/or reduce the late checkout fee from your deposit.
No smoke inside the apartment. $250 penalty.
The parking spot is included but not guaranteed all the time. May be unavailable or occupied by another guest.
You must park exactly at the assigned spot or anywhere else on the street without blocking private entrances. $40 daily penalty if you park in any unauthorized private parking.
Please take the garbage out of the apartment daily to avoid cockroaches. We have 4 underground trashes can at front of the building.
